INGREDIENTS LIST:

Banana – 1

Turmeric powder – tablespoon

Curd – tablespoon

Take these 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Apply it to the parts of your skin that are exposed to the sun frequently and let it rest for at least 20 minutes. Now wash it off and notice the difference. The Vitamin E content in bananas will help your face shine bright and the antioxidants present in the turmeric will help clear any bacteria present on your skin.

There are many reasons why we suffer from dark circles like everyday stress, binge watching mobile/Television, irregular sleep schedule, etc. so, how to solve this issue? Badam – 1-2

Milk – half glass

Take 1-2 almonds and soak them in milk for 1-2 hrs. Then, take these almonds and make a paste. Now apply this paste under your eyes and wash it off after 10-20 minutes. Do this at least thrice a week and notice the difference.
